この頃、いわば「どん詰まり」の日々。
公私ともにいろんなことがあって凹凹・・・。それでもやらなきゃいけないことは消えてくれない。私じゃなきゃだめ。だれかの助けを求めるのもかったるい・・・説明したり納得してもらったりするのが面倒・・・だからひとり。でも何でもかんでも私に覆い被さっているみたいでやだやだやだ。
そういう思いに陥ってもう長いんだけど、爆発発作がでるのはこの10日ほど。爆発した後に、「私はいよいよ心の病気だ」と覚悟する。完治にはどうすればいいのかもわかっているのに。でも踏み出せない。
そんな中、MTEC卒業生のJCさんから届いたメール。こんなビデオクリップが紹介されていました。

I've been feeling "stuck" on everything. Both privately and officially.
But still, my responsibilities never vanish.
Not someone else, "I" have to do it...there are so many things to do. So many routine works, so many responsiblities every day.
I don't want to ask for help, because it's tedious to explan what or why.
I've been in this mood for a while. But it's about 10 days since I explode my stressed feeling. Almost every day, when I'm preparing for dinner.
And after every explosion, I tell to myself "It's emotional disorder, nana".
I know the biggest cause of this, though, I cannot step forward. This will lead me to destruction of my life. I'm scared of that time.
I know the time will come, but not now.
JC, one of my ex-colleagues, wrote me yesterday. This video clip was introduced in it. JC got a cerebral infarction last year, and is undergoing rehabilitation now.

World No-Tobacco Day
It's "World No-Tobacco Day" today. Yes, May 31st.
It's one of International Days to promote NO SMOKING designated by WHO.
I got to know about this day at AMC (Adventist Medical Center) at this time of 1995 when I was seeing doctors there.
It's almost 12 years since I quitted smoking.
I used to smoke when I got angry or when I was under big stress.
I say I stopped smoking, but I still have those initiators for smoking, so
I wonder if I can say "I'm free from smoking!"
That's why I think I can understand the feeling of smokers who resist to quit smoking.
I myself think that it put everything back to the beginning if I smoke one tobacco, and this makes me refrain from smoking, and I hope it will be like this forever.

New Contract and New Apperance
I renewed my contract this morning.
It is my 5th year in MTEC.
Well, in general, I like my present job and team.
And I renewed the appearance of this blog.
Back to the ready-made template. It may be boring a little, because many bloggers are using the same one. But I have other advantages such as a gadgets. Now it is flexible to add other gadgets developed by other venders. Thanks to this, I can sustain "Where are you?" with the world map.
Of course, the side bar of this has "Follower", so please put yourself in there!!

Coffee and Tea in my office
The sunset yesterday was beautiful. It was very "spring" reflection for me. Is it somehow like aurora (Northern Light)? The photo above was taken from my office.

Lunch at 5:48pm
I've been in Tokyo due to the observation tour with my trainees.
Somehow, there was no time for it (maybe), and partly because my trainees don't pay much attention for lunch, I've not had lunch today until now.
I am the person who needs to eat something three times a day.
After the regular traing hours, I am free, fortunately. So I decided to see the movie. It is "Okuribito or Departures", the Academy movie.
This is the second time for me to go to a theater by myself.
Late lunch (or early supper), then the movie... good way to enjoy my own time!
出張で東京にいます。
タイミングが合わず、加えて普段ほとんどランチを取らない研修生の引率とあって、とうとうこの時刻までランチなし。
研修生は宿舎で夕食したり、勝手(これはこの場合、好ましい)に散歩に行ったりしていて、私やメインの引率者の出番はあまりありません。
無事に到着したことで、本日のミッション完了。
ということで、宿舎から少し離れたところに映画を観に来ました。
はい、先日チケット売切れで見逃した「おくりびと」です。
ランチ兼夕食(ディナーって感じではありません)して、行ってきます。ひとりで映画を観る２本めです。

Anniversary
I love anniversaries so much.
I call myself like "Anniversary collector".
I remember birthdays, wedding anniversaries, the day I got a drivers license, etc.
Today is one of my big favorite days: The day I first came to Tokyo from Okinawa, and left for the U.S. in 1977.
I'm happy to write the relation with my host family, started in that year, is still with us!

I decided to list the movies (including videos and DVDs) that I see for the first time. I have no idea how many I will see, but definitely seeing movies has been one of my favorite things after working with MTEC.

Summer is ending in mind and in meteorologically
It is 30°C (86°F), bright cloudy with 5 m/s northwest wind.
I have felt it has become cooler and comfortable here.
Yesterday, our training course on digital video production closed and twelve participants are leaving here for beloved home. Some left with swollen face, and other left with all smiles. Well, this is the life.
Each time when we finish our training, we cannot stop missing the time together and feeling emptiness.
This summer has been so special for me. Recalling my wonderful memory of the spring 1977, now I am in the generation to pass what I was given to the next generation. It was the hospitality by love.
I thank everything that enabled me to take my children to Alaska with me.
Most of the people admired my host sister and me when they heard that we have kept communicating for over thirty years!
Well, the hightlight of this summer is over now.
The comfortable breeze soothes me as if telling me to accept it.
I have felt it has become cooler and comfortable here.

One year anniversary
１周年記念日
It is just one year since my camera was presented to me. (See this)
Guess how many photos and videos I took in one year??
9780! photos and videos.
This means 27.8 shots per a day. Seems many and little, strange to say.
Well, this number obviously tells how much I have enjoyed photo&video taking, doesn't it?

Central Asian nations in FIFA World Cup 2010
サッカー日本代表の監督が、オシムさんから岡田さんに
なる見込みですね。
それで思い出した、職場での会話。
「ワールドカップの大陸別予選、中央アジアが不思議なんだよ。
ウズベキスタンとトルクメニスタンはアジアで、カザフスタンは
ヨーロッパに入っているんです。どうしてなんだろう？」
と、サッカー大好きさんが言いました。
へぇ？そんなことが？と思って調べたらほんとにそうなの。
カザフは大きくて、一番西（ヨーロッパ）まで国土が広がって
いるのでそうなったのかしら。
あちこち検索してみたのですが、謎解きができませんでした。
中央アジアからの研修生に聞いてみようかしら。
ちなみに、上記3カ国と並び、一般的に「中央アジア」と呼ばれる
キルギスとタジキスタンは不参加の様子。
オシムさんにわずかずつ回復の兆しが見られるとか。
うれしい限りです。
野球の長嶋さんのように、少しずつでもお元気になられる
ことを心から祈りたいと思います。

Close examination on my brests
超音波精密検査
先月の人間ドックで、当日言われた「尿酸」以外にも大物がひっかかった疑いが…マンモグラフィ。
結果の封筒に、精密検査の紹介状が入っていました。 この結果、初めてではありません。Ｘ線のマンモグラフィではわかりにくい乳房なのかもしれません。
これから行ってきます。
心配するのは、結果がわかってからでもいいのに（いつもの持論）、ふと気がつくと考え込んでいる私がいます。
病院の前で、自分をはげます気持ちをこめて、携帯電話から書いています。
じゃ、行ってきます。
3時間後。
一応、放免になってきました。
精密検査は超音波で。 時間をかけてていねいに調べているのはありがたかったのですが、「すみません、一人ではちょっとわかりにくいのでもう一人と診ますね」って言われ、二人体制に。
そこまではよかったのですが、そこから細かく診ながら交わされる二人の会話に出てくる単語にドキドキ…。
英単語でも、わかっちゃうんですが。
結局は、「まず大丈夫でしょう」という診断でした。 放免になりましたが、何だか手放しでは喜べない気分です。
毎年、自分のことをきちんとケアしてね…っていうことなのでしょうね。

再見！
9月26日から担当していた、中国甘粛省「HIV/AIDS予防対策プロジェクト」向けIEC研修が閉講しました。 今日は、研修に対する評価会があり、その後に閉講式。
研修員が携わっているプロジェクトは、大変困難を極めるものです。帰国後は、たくさんの実務が待っているのだと思いますが、motivationを持続させて取り組んでほしいと思います。
今回の研修では、中国（特に甘粛省）のこと、HIV/AIDSのことをいろいろと学ぶことができました。業務を通して、技術的なことだけでなく多くを知る・学ぶことができるのはしあわせなことです。

善き人のためのソナタ - Das Leben der Anderes
少し前に見た映画ですが。
ドイツ語講座でこの映画のことを知りました。東西ドイツ時代の監視社会を描いた作品です。
私は、1981年の夏に"西"ドイツを旅行したのですが、私たちが旅していた街から数百キロのところで、この映画が描いていたようなことが繰り広げられていたのです。
東ドイツという国家の忠実な僕である主人公が、作家とその恋人を監視する（告発するための理由を捜しだすために！）中で、これまで自分が信じてきた世界と監視している人たちが生きている自由な精神社会のはざまで、苦しみながらも人間性豊かな人格へ変化していくのが感じられます。
ところで。 監視されている作家のコード名は「ラズロ」。これは、かの「カサブランカ」で、ハンフリーボガートがかくまう、イングリッド・バーグマンの夫の役名が「ラズロ」と同じ。
これって偶然？
主人公は、時とともに監視対象に思い入れが増していき、ついには彼らに有利な行動をとってしまう結果になり、仕事で降格されてしまいます。
けれども、もしもこういうことが本当に起こっていたら、裏切った人にはもっと厳しい処罰が待っていたのかもしれない…なんて思ってしまいました。
作品の中で、一度しか弾かれなかったピアノ曲「善き人のためのソナタ」が邦題になっているのはどうしてなんだろうと思っていました。最後で納得。
そこを見た後は、原題"Das Leben der Anderes（他人の生活）"よりも希望が感じられるようで、「善き人のためのソナタ」の方が好きです。
この映画の主人公を演じたウルリッヒ・ミューエは、東ドイツ時代には「監視される」立場だったそうです。情報提供者は当時の妻。この件をめぐっては 後年いろいろなごたごたや裁判沙汰もあったようです。監視社会は悲しいです。
でも、何よりも悲しく思ったのは、彼が今年の７月に亡くなっていたこと。

ウルリッヒ・ミューエが出演している作品の中に、邦画がありました。
太平洋戦争のころのゾルゲ事件を描いた「スパイ・ゾルゲ」（篠田正浩監督）に、ドイツ臨時大使になる軍人の役でした。
