I am a fan of Angela Aki. This is a video clip from her concert.
I've been to her concert twice, and she does this kind of cover of others titled "Angela Aki's English Class (アンジェラ・アキの勝手に英語で喋らナイト)".

The way I will go

We are expected to do same job in our team, though there are two payment systems in us.

It was the headache for me since I got to know about it.

Many companies and orcanizations in Japan have adopted strange employment system called "haken". Mine is not haken, but similar, I believe.

Why do I keep working here??

I've struggled long.

.....The answer I found was that I like my job.

I may be only used by those main islanders, but I got through thie agony.

If I continue to work, I work happy because I like my job.

Cherry blossoms turned to be cherries.

I also bare fruits of my long agony of thinking.

I am happy now.

This year, "Facilitation skill" and "Photography for IEC/BCC activity" will be my way to go.
